Joe McConville

Joe McConville is one of the better known pipers of all time. A Marine Corps veteran and a man who devoted his all to bagpipes. Joe has played with many, many bands as well as starting a few. Some think he may have invented the bagpipes. Joe serves as the band instructor. He has put a lot of folks on the street over the years. We would be remiss if we didn't mention Joe's wife, Marion, who for many years has repaired our kilts, stitched our tunics and repaired our uniforms.
